CONFERENCE
Lenfeld's and Hökl's Days
- is an international conference focused on the health safety and quality of food of plant and animal origin throughout the food chain, including in the areas of mass caterers
- the conference brings current results of research activities as well as knowledge from the application of these results and food law in practice
- it represents an opportunity to meet experts in the field of production, control, evaluation of food quality and safety, as well as workers from scientific and educational institutions, supervisory authorities and practice
- the professional part of the conference will be complemented by a meeting with the history of veterinary food hygiene
