The Department of Animal Origin Food & Gastronomic Sciences is located in the pavilion of prof. Lenfeld and Hökl. It consists of three units:

Hygiene and Technology of Milk and Dairy Products
Hygiene and Technology of Meat and Meat products
Gastronomy

The activities of the department involve not only regular employees, but also employees of cooperating research institutes and master's and postgraduate students.
